Time to Meditate

Our everyday life has had so much to do and things to end. The input tray is more urgent requests first. In order to find the free time is a luxury they can afford.
How do you find time to meditate? It just takes time away from your job and desperately needed to complete tasks. As I write this, it seems that time is a luxury, not scattered.
