Shoes or sandals are the accessories that can not be released in everyday life. But it could not hurt to release accessories, because there are health benefits gained from walking with bare feet.

Generally, shoes and sandals that are used continuously can affect the shape of human feet or cause injury. Therefore, try to occasionally walk with bare feet.

4. Walking barefoot gives a relaxing effect on tired legs.
Help straighten toes, preventing changes in shape of the foot (deformity), to prevent problems in the feet flat and increase flexor strength.
5. Provides an opportunity to establish direct contact with nature thus eliminating the tension of mind due to the pressure of everyday life, the body relaxes, rejuvenates the mind and enhance body energy.
